CardioVisual to Exhibit at Texas ACC Conference

SEPTEMBER 28, 2016 — AUSTIN, TX   CardioVisual LLC, maker of the groundbreaking mobile medical health app CardioVisual, is pleased to announce its participation in the annual meeting of the Texas chapter of the American College of Cardiology in San Antonio October 7-8.

CardioVisual, a Texas-based company with global reach (the app is in use in more than 100 countries), will demonstrate its video-based heart-health app to cardiovascular specialists and providers from across the state, who attend the meeting to engage in discussion and learn about new advances from prominent researchers and practitioners.

TCACC — which featured CardioVisual in a recent newsletter to its members —  also encourages residents and fellows-in-training to attend the meeting, which also addresses clinical and practice management issues related to cardiology.

At a Technology Fair produced by the California chapter of the American College of Cardiology this summer, CardioVisual was pleased to have been selected as one of just 12 carefully curated exhibitors. The CardioVisual booth attracted much attention from the sellout crowd in attendance.  But being at home in Texas offers special rewards, says the company’s founder, Manish Chauhan, MD FACC.

“As a Texas-based company, we look forward to sharing our technology with medical professionals practicing in our home state,” said Chauhan. “They can go home with a free download of our time-saving mobile app and can immediately integrate its use into their daily practice.”

By increasing global awareness of cardiovascular problems and treatments, CardioVisual is having an enormous impact on the lives of people suffering from heart disease, the No. 1 cause of death worldwide, according to the World Health Organization.  The use of CardioVisual in clinical settings is having a big impact on healthcare professionals, as well, as doctors around the world are saving precious time by using the app to facilitate conversations with patients.

The Texas event also features poster presentations, which will be voted on by attendees, with winners presented with awards at the end of the day on Saturday.

The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology event will be held at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa, 23808 Resort Parkway in San Antonio, TX.
