This month we’re please to feature Dr. Pasquale Santangeli, an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Cardiac Arrhythmia Program at the Perelman School of Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Santangeli attended medical school at the University of Rome and completed a research fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2006. He is affiliated with several hospitals including Christiana Care Health Services, Cooper University Hospital, Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania Health System, and Virtua West Jersey Hospitals Berlin. His scholarly achievements include research in relation between several electrocardiographic parameters and the pathological substrate of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy. Dr. Santangeli’s specialties are in atrial fibrillation, complex arrhythmia, and catheter ablation, and he has several academic publications, including in Journal of Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology, PACE, Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, and JACC Clinical Electrophysiology. He’s been a practicing physician in Philadelphia for 12 years.
