At the recent annual meeting of the Texas chapter of the American College of Cardiology CardioVisual, a Texas-based company with global reach (the app is in use in more than 100 countries), demonstrated its video-based heart-health app to cardiovascular specialists and providers from across the state.
The meeting, held October 7-8 in San Antonio, drew hundreds of doctors, who attended the meeting to engage in discussion and learn about new advances from prominent researchers and practitioners.
CardioVisual demonstrated its groundbreaking mobile app to many healthcare professionals who stopped by to learn how the app can help them save time in their daily practice.
“We were pleased to have attended such a prestigious event,” says CardioVisual founder Dr. Manish Chauhan, MD FACC. “Doctors immediately implement CardioVisual into their daily practice, the minute they try it out, so we’re pleased to have been able to share information about the free app with so many Texas healthcare professionals.”
By increasing global awareness of cardiovascular problems and treatments, CardioVisual is having an enormous impact on the lives of people suffering from heart disease, the No. 1 cause of death worldwide, according to the World Health Organization. The use of CardioVisual in clinical settings is having a big impact on healthcare professionals, as well, as doctors around the world are saving precious time by using the app to facilitate conversations with patients.
